Preventive Maintenance & Support
- Annual maintenance contract (AMC): Our speciality. Includes one annual visit for calibration & servicing of your instrument, one annual visit for servicing, and one visit for breakdown assistance if required.
- One-time Servicing & Calibration (OTSC): If you just want calibration or servicing, keep things simple with our OTSC visit.
- On-site Breakdown support: We visit your facility, diagnose your equipment, and render repairs and servicing as needed. Lowest downtime, maximum benefit!
- Remote assistance: Need quick support? Call us, and our service engineers will help you over phone or a web call.
Refurbishment
At times, when the core mechanics of the instrument are in good condition, we can refurbish or upgrade the equipment, thereby prolonging its life by at least 3-5 years.

Buy Back
Yes, we do wish to buy-back your old, outdated, or damaged measuring instruments & offer you attractive rates on new replacement instruments. Buy-back may be attractive if you encounter any of the following:
- Sudden/accidental breakdown of the instrument.
- A decreased functional efficiency of the instrument.
- When the repairing/maintenance cost of the instrument is likely to be a significant proportion of the cost of a new measuring instrument.
We have the ability to either salvage your old instruments for spares, or even in some cases, find interested buyers from among our 2500+ pan-India customer network.
